For the last three decades, SECO has been involved in the largest mixed-use developments in the region, including 11 acres in downtown Bellevue, 12.95 acres in Kirkland, 3.85 acres on Mercer Island, and completed 2.4 MM SF on 17.1 with an additional 1.5 million SF of office and retail on 12.81 acres planned in Renton.
