The 10.1 acres at Southport West is located at 900 Lake Washington Blvd North in the Southport District.  The site neighboring Boeing’s 737 plant is bound by the first phase of Southport Waterfront mixed-use campus to the north, Lake Washington Blvd to the east, and N Southport Drive to the south.  The site is within close proximity to main thoroughfares including Interstate-405, SR-900, SR-169, SR-167, and significant number of arterials.

 

Southport West is next phase following the completion of the Southport Waterfront mixed-use campus.  The project will include over 1 million square feet of Class ‘A’ office space with retail opportunities and functional urban residences and amenities.
