THE SHELBY

SECO Development worked with the City of Seattle on alley dedication issues.


The Shelby hosts 98 units over 2.5 levels of parking with 146 stalls. The Shelby has 5,000 SF of prime street level retail.

BELLE ARTS APARTMENTS

SECO Development designed the sidewalks and buildings for Belle Arts. Belle Arts opened ahead of schedule and on budget. Belle Arts has 128 units in two buildings over two levels of structured parking with 169 stalls. It has 8,000 SF of commercial space.

SECO Development developed and built the sidewalks, streets and building layouts, and built out the units with extraordinary finishes. In addition, the project was finished on schedule and budget. The rental prices are at highest end of the market. Tera has 161 luxury apartment units in three separate buildings over structured parking with 226 stalls. Tera has 8,100 SF of retail.
