Pinnacle BellCentre was developed as a 248-unit luxury apartment community with street level retail in Bellevue's Central Business District. SECO worked closely with the City of Bellevue Department of Planning and Transportation to work through city planning issues, including street vacations, to enhance and complete the city street grid. After obtaining a DNS and permits, SECO sold the project to a national REIT in August 1998.
