The Oakwood Apartments, formerly named The Plaza at Town Square, is located in downtown Bellevue and consists of 191 apartment units over ground level retail and two floors of secured parking. The four separate buildings surround a landscaped courtyard with a fountain at the north end. A state-of-the-art business center and fitness facility are available to all residents. The project was sold in January 1999 and serves as an elegant extended stay corporate apartment community.
